Catching up - Summer Fun

I misplaced my cord and the card reader, so I haven't been able to download pictures for a while, but ta da - I found it today, so here we go catching up.

Our summer began as we said good-bye to a good friend of ours who has moved overseas.

I pray that Tristan and the other girls grow up to be godly women just like E.

The jerseys change - matching Lightning McQueen PJs this time.

Gairette got her own library card. She was so excited.

One weekend we got to watch Sugar. Thanks Sarah and Jason for letting us dogsit.

We love Sarah. She is a living testimony to God's Loving provision.

Auntie betty creating a display board for the bottlecap necklaces we are selling to raise money for Mei lynn. I have spent a lot of my summer working on fundraising. It is so much fun to see God work.

Here gairette, grayden and Olivia are doing their part to bring Mei lynn home. They scrubbed this picnic table to sell at a grandise garage sale.

They rinsed it using water from Uncle Gladdy's flooded yard. Click on the picture to see how deep the water was - and this was AFTER the sump pump had been working in the yard.

I am so glad my kids and their cousins are so close. They really love being together, which is awesome, because you always have family.

Coming next time - Tristan and Saige go to camp and gairette has a weeklong mommy-daughter date!
