A Fun Afternoon

Praise God for a van, and getting out of school early during final exams because I got to drive Tristan's girl Scout Troop to a field trip to California Pizza Kitchen (the first time I had been there in fifteen years or so - I boycotted it when my mom broke her leg there).
T and her friend Sidney on the behind the scenes tour. We love dual language because our kids are in the same class k-5th grade, and then they will take a Spanish Literature class together in Jr. High, (which means one set of parents to know per child:).

The end of the tour - mmmm.

Saige loves to cook, and cooking in a restaurant was really special for her.

The finished product.
Please note Tristan's hair - this picture was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Delicious!

Good-bye!

Our next stop. The problem had been she could never decide what to do, so she did nothing.

The decision - no bangs, get rid of layers. Lovely!
